Represent (previously FLiP) is a web-based application that helps young people find jobs by taking advantage of their social networks. I was brought in to help design and facilitate an insights workshop with Hackney Police Cadets aged 14-18.
Find a way to help reduce youth who commit crime from re-offending.
Gather insights by running workshops, peer activities, and interviews with young people and other stakeholders who had a real interest in preventing youth crime.
Common Ground Design, White October, and Ifita teamed up to produce the prototype of Represent. It was subsequently funded by NESTA and Bethnal Green Ventures, and is now a fully-functional project.
