 As a Wellness coach based in London,  I help down-to-earth women follow the beat of their own drum.  Like you, I love life and I love food.  My proven approach to Wellness coaching gets you started straight away – it’s designed to help you form new habits that will help you achieve a healthier lifestyle.

I help you figure out a better work/life balance. I’ll show you how to connect to the things that give you joy and disconnect with the events and/or moments that leads to anxiety and unhappiness.  Nutrition sits at the heart of what I do; my approach gives you the confidence to reconnect with real food in a realistic way.

HURRY UP AND SLOW DOWN

Sometimes, all it takes to feel better is to slow down.  Learn to reconnect with the food you eat by pausing, paying attention, thinking about your meals and enjoying the process of making them from scratch.

My approach to healthy eating is about making real food a part of your lifestyle.  It is not about fad dieting or cutting out food you enjoy, and it is not for anyone looking for a quick fix.  I offer nutritional advice that is practical and makes sense in an everyday context.

I consider your body and lifestyle as a whole – it’s not about limiting your food and getting on the treadmill.  You’ll actually go places with my programme. From the start, you quickly learn to assess your stress levels, eating habits, bedtime routine, exercise activity, and home and work environment.  It’s a pro-active process to heighten your awareness of bad habits and learn to take positive steps towards a healthier and more fulfilling life. Once you get into the rhythym, you’ll look forward to taking more steps.

As you strive towards your pursuit of a healthier lifestyle, taking time out to chill and get a massage is the perfect way to unwind.  My massage therapy sessions are built-in and convenient. You can also book them as a separate service
